About the Bakery
Heirloom Bake Shoppe is a family run, online bakery located in the quaint, charming town of Glencoe in Southwest Middlesex county. We use natural, great-quality, gluten-free ingredients to make gourmet re-creations of artisan breads, cakes, pies, and squares that taste as scrumptious, flavourful and authentic as the 'real deal.'

In addition to our popular favourites, every month we offer monthly specials featuring unique recipes with fresh local fruit and creative taste concoctions. We have also created a variety of specialty products like baking mixes for brownies, muffins, pizza crust, tortillas, pancakes, and waffles, which can be perfectly paired with our flavour-infused maple syrups or our flavoured butters.

Understanding how difficult it can be for those with food sensitivities and intolerances to find breads and baked goods that taste great and meet their dietary needs, we strive to provide something for everyone. We offer a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, or grain-free options in many of our products and we are expanding our selection with new creations every month. All of our baking is done in a dedicated facility to ensure an environment free of gluten, dairy or grains as appropriate.
