Truly Delicious Baking
We're thrilled to announce that we've made some changes to better serve our amazing gluten-free community! Moving forward, we’ve switched to a weekly inventory system instead of our previous ‘bake-to-order’ model. Each week, we’ll be offering a wide variety of our beloved gluten-free breads accompanied by a smaller selection of your favourite gluten-free sweets. Our weekly inventory will be published on our Facebook page, so be sure to follow us and stay up-to-date on what’s available.

Orders will be processed on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis and can be reserved via email, phone, or direct message (DM) on Messenger. We’ll do our best to keep our inventory current on Facebook so you know what’s available.

​In the coming weeks, we will be expanding our pick-up locations to include London, Strathroy and Komoka, so stay tuned as we continue developing and refining this new approach. We’re excited about this new chapter and are committed to delivering an enhanced bakery experience that meets the needs and tastes of our growing gluten-free community. As Christians, we firmly believe in financially supporting charitable organizations that seek to alleviate human suffering and reach children, youth, and families in crisis with the love of Jesus Christ. We have chosen three domestic charities and three foreign charities that we know personally and are committed to donating 10% of proceeds each month to the organizations shown below.
About the Bakery
Heirloom Bake Shoppe is a family run bakery located in the quaint, charming town of Glencoe in Southwest Middlesex county. We use natural, great-quality, gluten-free ingredients to make gourmet re-creations of artisan breads like rustic sourdough, fluffy sandwich breads, multi-flavour bagels, fork-split english muffins and 'never-crumble' buns that taste as authentic as the 'real deal.'

Understanding how difficult it can be for those with food sensitivities and intolerances to find breads and baked goods that taste great and meet their dietary needs, we strive to provide something for everyone. We offer a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, or grain-free options in many of our bread products. All of our baking is done in a dedicated facility to ensure an environment free of gluten, dairy or grains as appropriate.
